About MSOSH Academy
Established in 2018, MSOSH Academy is a wholly-owned company of Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH).
MSOSH is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization that was first registered in 27th April 1971 as The Malaysian Society for Industrial Safety. In 1991 the Society was renamed as the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health where the Patron of the Society is the Honorable Minister for Human Resources Malaysia.

Datuk Wira Ahmad Fakhrul Anuar Bin Ismail
Chairman
Datuk Wira Ahmad Fakhrul Anuar bin Ismail is a highly respected occupational safety and health (OSH) leader and practitioner with extensive experience in safety management systems, risk management, training, and consultancy across multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, and oil & gas. He currently serves as the President of the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH), where he plays a pivotal role in strengthening governance, professional standards, and national advocacy for OSH in Malaysia.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Safety and Health, is a certified Safety and Health Officer, and a competent NIOSH and HRD Corp trainer, with long-standing involvement in developing competency programmes, management systems, and industry best practices. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, dedication, and contributions to advancing OSH at the national level, he was conferred the Darjah Cemerlang Seri Melaka (D.C.S.M), which carries the title “Datuk Wira”, reflecting his continued commitment to driving positive change and transformation in the OSH landscape of Malaysia.


En. Mohd Najib Bin Mupit
Managing Director
En. Mohd Najib Bin Mupit is an experienced senior management professional with over 15 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, healthcare consultancy, biomedical engineering, and occupational safety and health sectors. He has a strong track record in strategic planning, operations management, cost optimisation, quality management systems, and organisational development.
With extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ISO/OHS management systems, and workforce leadership, he has successfully led large teams, driven productivity improvements, and implemented sustainable business strategies. He currently serves as the Managing Director of MSOSH Academy Sdn. Bhd., where he oversees business growth, stakeholder engagement, and strategic direction while actively contributing to the advancement of occupational safety and health professionalism in Malaysia.


En. Zanuddin Bin Kisman
Director
En. Zanuddin Bin Kisman is a highly experienced Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional with over 20 years of industry experience, specialising in oil & gas, chemical, utilities, construction, and manufacturing sectors. He is a registered Safety and Health Officer (Green Book holder) and a certified HRD Corp (PSMB) trainer, with extensive expertise in HSE management systems, regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and competency-based training.
He has held senior leadership roles including HSE Manager, HSE Project Manager, Group SHO, and OSH Trainer, supporting major organisations such as Petronas, Shell, SGS, Sapura Kencana, and Puncak Niaga. Zanuddin has led multiple OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certification projects, advised high-risk operations, and delivered practical OSH training programmes aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.


Cik Dhuha Bt Shahruddin

Cik Dhuha Binti Shahrudin is a highly experienced HSE professional with over 17 years of experience in HSE management systems, auditing, training, and consultancy across manufacturing, plantation, oil & gas, maritime, and service industries. She is a certified Safety and Health Officer with strong expertise in ISO-based management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, IMS, and risk management frameworks.
She has held senior roles with leading organisations such as Sime Darby Plantation, Sapura Kencana Petroleum, MISC Berhad, and various consultancy firms, where she led ESHMS coordination, internal and external audits, incident investigations, and management advisory. Currently, she serves as a freelance HSE trainer and consultant, delivering practical, compliance-driven solutions and competency-based training for organisations across Malaysia


En. Zul Izuddin Shah Bin Sharum

En. Muhammad Arif Bin Hamzah
Director
En. Muhd. Arif Bin Hamzah is a highly qualified Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with over 15 years of professional experience in occupational safety and health management, training, and consultancy, particularly within oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk industrial environments. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and the NEBOSH International General Certificate, and is a certified HRD Corp trainer.
He has served in senior roles including HSE Manager, HSEQ Manager, HSE Superintendent, and Project SHO, supporting major organisations and projects involving Petronas, Shell, Compass Group, and large-scale EPCC developments. His expertise covers HSE management systems, incident investigation, risk assessment, lifting and rigging operations, confined space safety, and regulatory compliance.
